Please note: this Summer Class meets 2 days, Wed & Thur July 5 & 6 from 9am-1pm.
This Sewing Camp is Learn to Sew Friendly!
Each Summer week has themed projects that will be completed over the course of the week. Students will learn new techniques and sewing skills. Students will also have some “Free Sewing” time to break up the day and be creative. We will eat lunch outside as weather permits.
Please bring a water and a lunch. You can choose to purchase a lunch from Dribbles for $7 that includes a sandwich, bag of chips and a water. (Other drinks +$1) *Please let us know if your child has allergies that require the other students to avoid certain ingredients so that we can inform them ahead of time.
Week #1: Superhero Week
Students will learn how to use the sewing machine, backstitch, pivot and sew straight. They will learn a variety of techniques while making their projects.
We are making a Super Cape and a Belt Bag
Prerequisite: None! This class is appropriate for learners ages 7 and up. No experience necessary
ALL MATERIALS ARE INCLUDED.
